Well it has been a busy time for four time and defending Canadian champion and 2011 World champion Patrick Chan. There has ben the creation of a new free program and the birth of his newest Quad - the Salchow - here in his own words:

more importantly i'm patrick chan, you won gold? we didn't know, not sure if want, serving at a mcdolands near you, blame chanada, pcs = points for canadian skaters, crazy eyes, quading: it's like friday night, sorry i was busy doing a quad, pchan gets a tag, just a normal kid with googly eyes
