not tl;dr more like not long enough, we should run the isu, season: 2010-2011, #worldsdelete, what decisions will be made?????????????

If (fingers crossed) the ISU accepts having a city other than Tokyo host Worlds this year then close proximity to major airports plus LOTS of available hotel rooms would definitely make things easier.

Multiple ice rinks would also be helpful, since I'm sure there would be groups scheduled to use the ice who would need to be flexible if Worlds was suddenly held at their rink...

So much to consider, but not impossible, right?

Also wouldn't Moscow have more people wanting to go to a figure skating event than in Colorado. I mean CO is gorgeous and lot of people train there, but it's hardly a spectator hot spot.

All this is assuming the ISU can get it's head of it's ass.

...but I mean it's not like the ISU would want to take either of them up on these offers or anything. That would make WAY too much sense!

(That being said, Lake Placid is about a five hour drive for me. COME TO THE US WE LOVE FIGURE SKATING I PROMISE, EVERYTHING YOU'VE EVER HEARD ABOUT AMERICANS NOT LIKING SKATING IS TOTALLY UNTRUE, AND EVEN IF IT WERE TRUE IT WOULD NOT MATTER BECAUSE I WOULD BUY ALL OF THE TICKETS.)

OH AND ALSO, DEAR FIGURE SKATING WORLD: I HAVE DECIDED THAT YOU CAN KEEP UP THIS CLUSTERFUCK FOR AS LONG AS YOU WANT, AS LONG AS I GET TO MACRO IT.

Colorado Springs is actually doably close to me. I don't even know what I want from this anymore. Just let it be resolved without Worlds being in October.

JUST MAKE A DECISION!
Take one of these offers and get to work on making Worlds happen.
We know it won't be perfect but it would be something. Anything would be better than October.
