CNN pissed me the fuck off this morning when they were talking about the crowds from yesterday and claimed that gay marriage was never mentioned. Sure. Around YOU. I really hate how CNN has covered this like it's people coming together to support something positive. It makes me ill.

Anyway, I feel so bad for this employee and any LGBT Chick-fil-A employees. If I were her, I'd be tempted to go out on my break and casually mention that a lesbian just made their sandwich.

It would get her fired, if the customer reported it with enough of a stink. Mentioning your sexuality... wasn't explicitly stated as wrong, but at my store, we had people that were fired for things that were "moral offenses" such as adultery (even if it didn't involve any other coworkers). I'm sure that in more of the Bible belt, that would easily be an excuse to fire her.

After seeing some of the worst comments on FB supporting this Chikfila Bigot Sandwich Gorgefest", no, i'm kinda ok not spending money on them. I'd skip food if they were the only option ( fortunately they never are).

I'm downright tired of the biblethumpers whacking all the rest of us about the head. They can have the sandwich. I'll have the equality, thanks.
