Probably. Cause honestly the time he tried to give Angela Merkel a backrub was way more embarrassing than Michelle Obama being slightly overfamiliar with the queen.

The Hillary one takes the cake for me, though it's more her staff's fault. Most of these were spontaneous accidents, but that's... how do you even manage a screw-up like that?
