I know I've also read about Hollister (I think it was Hollister? Maybe Abercrombie & Fitch) firing an employee because she was an amputee and they didn't feel it fit in with their "image."
Stories like this kill me because honestly, I don't see anything classy or desirable about a lot of the white people that come out of these stores. Maybe they don't wear the clothes from that store when they go shopping there? Not that they look bad, they just look like average, flip-flop wearing, khaki shorts, baseball cap white guys and sundresses, ponytails, and tiny elastic headbands white girls.
