You'd think there would also be mention of false imprisonment at the least. I'd hope WV would have a law against that. Ugh.

Lizon’s attorney, Shawn Bayliss, told WSAZ the allegations against Lizon are false, saying the woman who told police everything has a "feeble mind."

fuck you. she has all those extremely visible marks, scars, and injuries on her body for clear as day evidence of physical abuse. you wanna try to explain away every single injury with how she's "feeble minded"? i would love to see how that would play out for you in a court, buddy.

and 2-10 years? ffs he deserves nothing short of a life sentence with no chance of parole, or as many life sentences as they can tag on somebody to keep him from ever having a chance at parole.

It says that he accused the woman who reported it to the police of being "feeble minded" and according to the article the allegations where made by another woman, not the alleged victim. Not that it makes the "feeble minded" allegations any less f-ed up, just directed at a different woman.

he's still full of shit when the victim racked up all those visible injuries. the gall of that dude, to even say the woman who reported the abuse has a "feeble mind." because lord knows the ladies don't know visible physical abuse when we, you know, see it right in front of us.
