It's getting increasingly difficult to tell the difference between the skits and the real person.

On msnbc.com. :) I just watched it. It's about 4 minutes long. I wish it were longer.

Wasn't the whole point of the two major parties making a deal on this debate to quash the possibility of follow-ups, and to limit the time for responses and back-and-forth discussion? I wouldn't blame Ifill for what went down -- certainly not completely.

Not to mention the shear number of topics she was trying to get through.

The moderator should've been like the Canadian PM debate moderator who chased after a candidate (I forget which one now) and told him/her to "answer the question" LULZ that was so badass.

Haha. That was my first time watching a Canadian debate so I wasn't aware of what the format was before. The follow-up questions that the candidates had to answer was good though. If only Palin had gotten that.:/

I'm torn.

I mean, personally I think it would have been a lot more professional and "right" of Ifill to call Palin directly out on this, but at the same time, I think she knew if she did, the GOP would go batshit *looks up* and declare Palin the default winner because of the ~*~*~*zomg liberal bias~*~*~ She was in a tough spot, and it sucks that the repugs have put so many people in the country into this tough spot. Assholes.
