Article doesn't seem to get that that's deliberate strategy on Jindal's part -- by making the Feds do all the work, any errors the Feds make can be blamed on them not knowing Louisiana, and therefore "Obamacare" itself will be indicted as a Big Gov't boondoggle without the best interests of Louisiana residents at heart.

Look defiant and self-righteous, protesting Big Government -while allowing the federal government to come in and take over all it anyway- essentially allowing the exact opposite.
