On the one hand, rising electrical fees and environmentally unsafe natural gas station. On the other, nuclear power station and fear of catastrophe.

Does Japan have enough sustainable energy in their power industry? It's been a year but I doubt that there's enough for everyone or else it's blackout time again. Japan is in a sort of Catch-22 situation. No high-powered stations, not enough electricity. Use high-powered stations, protests against it.
