Okay, 'suspends' is not the same as 'dropped'. So... I'm trying not to get... too happy, because...

The way I understand it, if he officially drops out, then he has to stop fundraising.But if he just suspends his campaign, he can continue to raise money to cover any debts that his campaign may have incurred. AFAIK, all of the primary candidates that have bowed out have "suspended" their campaigns rather than just dropping out.

Michelle Bachmann "suspended" her campaign too. It's just a fancy way of quitting that lets them keep collecting donations.
