Common, Everyday Objects

Rub your clitoris against any soft, non-abrasive object (e.g., a pillow, the corner of a couch, etc.) and see if you enjoy the stimulation it provides.

NGL, I loved seeing this because I used pillows back when I was a wee kid and didn't even know what masturbation even meant, and I thought for years that I was a weirdo because I got off more on friction outside of my self than my own touch, and I never heard any different.

... I don't know why I feel like I should apologize for being TMI in a sex ed post but, um, yes. 8|

Heeee! No apologies! I wouldn't do this though because everything in my house has some level of cat hair on it.

Same here. I started masturbating around the age of 3 or 4 years, because I was just rubbing up against arm of our couch and *SURPRISE* had an orgasm. That outer stimulation is the only way i got off up until just last year actually, when I started using my hand.

i learned this was really common by reading the "good vibrations guide to sex" at 18 and felt so validated

Why are people apologizing for TMI comments in this post of all posts? That is literally all it is here for!

I always just FORGET to do kegels. I'll do them two or three times the first day I resolve to do them more often and then just don't remember after that.

Try doing them when you urinate. I was doing that for a while (and then stopped because I got a UTI -- probably from not peeing after sex!) and got out of the habit. Maybe I'll start again.
