Earlier I was worried that it was not actually Friday.

This week I gave two presentations, and they went well enough.

One exam on Wednesday and I am done with classes and exams FOREVER (again). Then it's all science all the time.

I woke up this morning thinking it was Saturday, wondered why I set my alarm for such an ungodly hour and went back to bed. I woke up at noon realized it was Friday and missed the yearend review of my Anthropology class ;c

So, anyway, I wrote a WoW fanfic called '12 Women of Azeroth' (yeah totes original), detailing the life and times of twelve women, one from each of the playable races of Azeroth. It will probably end up being like 500k words before I'm done with it

I registered for classes yesterday, and tonight/tomorrow morning I'm going to try and sort out my loans.

If you hear that little wheezy noise, it's a 23-year-old going to college for the first time and trying to get it sorted out in about a month.

And by that, I mean it's just me.

So far I'm in Business Office Applications at Columbus State Community College. It's not exactly the major I want, I'll be honest, but I'm riding in with a Pell Grant that I got when I was laid off back in May, but they'll only give it to me if I have a specific job-related major, and it was the one that sounded least shitty. :\

But I think what I might do is use the community college to get my gen-eds and such for my first year, take some side classes to see what I might want to do instead, and then swap to a larger college to get into what I really want.

If I don't find anything, then I'll stick to BOA because I've already had like 5 years of work in the field, so at least I can buffer my resume with a BA in it as well.

That sounds like an excellent plan! You don't want to be knee-deep in courses for BOA when you finally realize what it is you want to major in instead. I hope it all works out for you :D
