On the plus side? Atlas Shrugged has given me an absolute gold standard for instantly evaluating people. If anyone reacts to that piece of shite with admiration or attempts to emulate it, I know to AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. Society doesn't work if everyone is a monumental self-involved arsehole.

EVERY SINGLE STUDENT (most of whom were women) in that class proceeded to then avoid him. In group work, everyone shunned him. The women because such ideas were actively harmful to them, and the men because, aside from notions of common decency, the women would decide to shun them as well if they were seen to be supporting him. He didn't have a comeback. IT WAS GREAT.)
