The recession is making absolutely everything awful. Adults are being driven back into their mother's basements and Americans are pumping themselves full of Home Depot silicone to get the fuller asses they require. Now the Anti-Defamation League reports that 15% of the country is still deeply anti-Semitic, and that number is growing

Telephone survey tells you something important right there as it does NOT include people with cellphones, only landlines. That population has a very different demographic than the US population at large.

Anti-semitism is not limited to one demographic, no matter how nice it may seem to think so, and the demographic that fits the bill for telephone surveys is still a large and significant faction of American society.

Unless you're suggesting that anti-Semitism is somehow confined to one demographic (it's not), that the demographic in question is not still a substantial portion of American society (it is), or that they don't hold the most sway when it comes to electoral politics (they do) - I fail to see how this excuses anything.
