Tea Baggers want to shut down the government over issues regarding the deficit because they dont want to give any more money to be spent for the disaster relief fund over the recent natural disaster. Meanwhile, some on the Republican party, including Boehner, are already getting tired of their shenanigans because it is starting to look bad on the whole party in general, specially since the voters are starting to think that maybe voting republican was a bad idea, specially with the coming 2012 elections. Democrats are already tired of this whole thing and they believe that you cannot negotiate with Republicans ever again. Boehner is caught between a rock and a hard place.
