While I think it's tacky to raffle a gun in Giffords' district considering the circumstances, I was more appalled at the idea of a gun raffle. Yes, "responsible gun ownership" is a Constitutional right but how do they know the prize-winner will be responsible? I'm just disgusted by the whole idea.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry tbh. IMO they should only allow people with a license to buy tickets for the raffle, although that's not foolproof either. *cough* Dick Cheney *cough*
