Does anyone know what's going on in Nottingham? I'm getting conflicting reports and my girlfriend is on her way to work there.

Nottinghamshire Police said a police station was attacked in the St Anne's area and 200 tyres were set alight in the street

thats the primary report on it. sounds (reltevly) quite.

thanks. there were reports of things last night in st. annes but some on twitter were saying that it was just kicking off there and i wasn't sure. glad to know it doesn't seem to be going.

i dont know. i, personly dobut thats why the riots are happning (tho i do think that cutting the socal safty net is a piss poor idea, and desision, i dont think its why there are riots)
