I have to admit that he dropped off my radar too.

My cousin is a Panamanian lawyer and has been involved with fighting for Noriega's extradition for a couple of years. And my sister filmed a documentary about the children (now adults) affected by Noriega's awfulness this summer for part of her Fulbright scholarship. Kinda proud of my family right now (though I feel a bit like an underachiever, heh).
