Oh good, this godforsaken state of mine is actually going to put science in science textbooks.

Now, what can we do to get them to teach history right?

Seperation of church and state needs to me maintained. If Texas had approved of teaching creationism in schools it would be the schools basically shoving christianity down students throats. What if there's a student who buddhist or aetheist? Like people already said, SCIENCE is what needs to be taught in science class not bible study of Genesis.

I know I should be happy or grateful or whatever that this has finally happened, but I... just can't stop eye-rolling. Like, evolution! Being taught in classes! My stars and garters, how very progressive we are.
