Well a complete recording was 'obtained' by Sky News.*ahem* Apparently the NOTW staff have all signed confidentiality agreements and now won't talk to the media (presumably to protect what termination pay they are getting) and now a whole recording emerges with very clear audio that makes her seem more 'human' than the villainous boss she's been portrayed as. Colour me cynical...
