There is a LOT wrong with this, but this jumped out at me:

CAUSE US BLACK FOLKS ARE SO FOREIGN AND DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH, AMIRITE?! And black people and "foreigners" are the stuff of nightmares, hunh?

The filmmaker is telling us a lot more about himself than the thinks he is, and NONE of it is good. And forgive me if I side-eye a story about "the physical joy of giving birth" that is WRITTEN BY A MAN.

The only thing I can say for sure is that I laugh at the fact he thinks this work is balanced and that folks will walk away with no clue of where the maker's personal views lie.
