Knew it was only a matter of time before these reports started up. I imagine if there's another underage girl or two that are uncovered, it'll probably be the tipping point in the "get Weiner to resign" campaign. *sigh* Why Tony Weiner, WHY?!?!?!

This, exactly.

I had someone tell me a few days ago when the details were still coming out that I needed to "chill out" and how I was just one of those "ridiculous types who can't handle the real world" for suggesting Weiner's actions constituted sexual harassment and that people shouldn't be allowed to get away with sexually harassing women. It took about 10-15 minutes to fill out my derailment bingo card and then I ragequit the internet for the rest of the day.

How dare you look further into this and provide the context the posted article didn't. Don't you know you're supposed to (1) assume he had an inappropriate correspondence with the 17-year-old and (2) post some reactionary comment based on your assumption?

Then I better not post this either...
Delaware police said Friday they interviewed a teenage girl who received online messages from Rep. Anthony Weiner and said the girl disclosed "no information regarding any criminal activity."

If he did it, that's terrible and disgusting, but it's also a little odd to me that a FOX news reporter was apparently sitting at her table when the police showed up...
