So an imperialist wants to move from an office in D.C. to ... another office in D.C.

I am shocked. SHOCKED, I tell you.

Ok how many people posting here are reading the comments- saying she & the Whitehouse DENY this report and /or are you just not believing it?

I find it pretty shocking that Reuters would print such a BOLD FACE assertion- without consulting um-- you know Clinton first?

But as the press has alway treated Ms. Clinton so nicely.... Um yeah.

Ok theres this: "sources familiar with the discussions said Thursday..."

Then there's this: "Associates say..."

Then there's this: " A second source also said..."

Then there's this: "Revelations of these discussions could hurt Clinton's efforts as America's top diplomat if she is seen as a lame duck in the job at a time of great foreign policy challenges for the Obama administration."

could hurt Clinton...
could hurt Clinton...
could hurt Clinton...

What do we think?

To me the fact that State and the WH are pushing back so hard seems odd. Some reporter (can't remember which one) posted on twitter and said something like "the truth is probably somewhere in between what Reuters and the State Dept say" and that seems to make the most sense to me.
