This is what I wrote in the comments:
This is not a time to punish or stigmatize women who may or may not engage in any sort of sex trade activities. No one deserves to die, and I believe that our local law enforcement values human life above all else. Give these women the confidence and protection to come forward, please. Women everywhere benefit when any woman is heard. This will help you solve your case; that is the ultimate goal you owe the tax payers to whom you are ultimately accountable.
