I have been lol'ing over this Twitter feed for days. Mostly because I ascribe to your theory--I can totes imagine Rahm typing this stuff in the back of the Civic, all "LOL, they'll never know!"

I love @MayorEmanuel, it's easily my favorite twitter feed. also, I doubt Rahm doesn't know who it is, it has to be someone close to the campaign.
