People here were talking about the Michael Moore thing last night so I clicked the links and forgot all about it when I saw VENEZUELA LIBRE (FREE VENEZUELA) and #apoyoachavez (support Chávez) battling for the first places of the trending topics.

OMG LOLZ for centuries.

A Piñera or CFK twitter war needs to happen next imo. Though I did love the semi-twitter war between Aníbal Fernandez and Esteban Bullrich that happened a few months ago

There is something to be said about subtlety. If I were Hugo Chavez, I'd want to at least make the government look balanced.

Critics accuse Chavez of taking advantage of the disaster to tighten his grip on power.
And in other news, Pope Benedict XVI is Catholic.
