I oppose cap and trade! It's evil! Nevermind that CT is one of 10 states in the US with its own cap and trade market for CO2 and was one of the first states with it. I WILL MAKE NO MENTION OF THIS. cap and trade is evil! EVIL. I oppose it. Unless we're doing it.
Unless you're paying attention, it's easy to totally miss this, but for crap sake woman, don't oppose shit we have! Next auction of CO2 allowances is September 9th Based on trend on past auctions, I'm predicting it'll trade at $1.75 a ton.
