Meek gets FL AFL-CIO endorsement, FL Teacher Assoc splits endorsement

Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Kendrick Meek secured the full backing of the state’s largest labor movement Sunday, avoiding a late surge from Gov. Charlie Crist’s independent campaign.

The AFL-CIO endorsement gives Meek access to the union’s grass-roots political machine, which helps raise money and turn out voters on Election Day.

Honestly I don't know how this election will turn out anymore. I'm thinking Crist is probably going to steal more votes from Meek than Rubio. :/ FOR THE LOVE OF GOD I DO NOT WANT RUBIO AS MY SENATOR.

I don't know about you but here in Jacksonville I've seen people with the "McCain" half of their "McCain-Palin" stickers covered up with the Marco 2010 stickers i.e. Marco Rubio-Sarah Palin. How effing scary is THAT shit?

Palin will most likely campaign in Florida for him. Should give a scary visual that ticket. I just pray the campaign stop is not Tampa. Already have to deal with the GOP convention lol.

Oh yeah. Forgot all about the GOP convention being in Tampa. I am so sorry.

All I can think about regarding Tampa lately are my Rays, DMB in July, Kings of Leon in September, and Rush in October. YES.
