I would argue not to watch any cable news, considering that they're run by major corporations and often enough tend to consolidate stories in such a way that serves state/corporate interests, within a fair amount of reason. They're ever much a bit of manufacturing consent.

yes, i do agree with that, however I feel that there are channels that seem to use a lot less rhetoric and at least try to tone down the obvious bias.

I'm Canadian so I have a real passionate hatred for Fox News.

I shouldn't be too shocked, since he and Obama were BFFs in the senate ("Am I to hate him because he has a different viewpoint than I do? Or should I love him and try to touch his heart and change him?" OTP), yet... it's Coburn. And Pelosi. And the health care bill. I'm boggled.
