Story number 1: Remember this story? Where a clearly photoshopped Ralph Lauren model appeared on Photoshop Disasters, and then Ralph Lauren filed a complaint on account of copyright infringement (conveniently redirecting the story from the OMGWTFBBQ of the ridiculous body image)? Yeaaaaaah... it gets worse.

They wanted to create a new Dora that would appeal to the "tween" market, so there's Dora the Explorer for pre-schoolers, and this Dora Fashionista for older girls who will also be a Mattel doll. See, once you hit school, you realise that learning about animals and the rainforest is for kids and what actually matters is hair and dresses...

I despair.

Ralph, I guess if I were more into fashion I wouldn't be surprised at you, but with the release of your big mass market clothing lines I guess you were okay with those people.

I saw that yesterday. Really? Someone should not be slimming down the most anorexic doll in history even further. If he considers those fat ankles, I guess I love cankles.
