I want to make Malai Kofta someday.... I don't feel like I've eaten enough Indian food to know how to make it properly, though, although Manjula on youtube can always help me.

Still cant cook Indian food. If there was anything I would love to learn to make its the rice. To get it just right.. and a good Tikka Masala. I know its "beginner" Indian food, but damn if its not my favorite even after all these years. And I still cant get it right when I make them at home.

Thai food is easy by comparison.

Promised myself 10$ to eat extra good tonight. Kept it down to $6.00 for Vietnamese chicken noodle salad bowl.

The ONE decent Indian restaurant in Fargo just closed and I am craving their Tikka Masala like you wouldn't imagine. And now I'm hungry LOL
