Holder refuses to say that warrantless wiretapping was illegal

Attorney General Eric Holder appeared yesterday before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

And the president himself also several times as a senator and during the campaign said the program was illegal. Now that you are the attorney general, is there any doubt in your mind that the warrantless wiretapping program was illegal?

If he says it's illegal, then he'll have to prosecute the people who ordered it and did it- and that Obama just does not want to do.

DoJ is supposed to operate INDEPENDENTLY of the presidency. Holder should not be protecting Obama politically and just do his fucking job.
