The last days of the primaries, so amazing. If he was like that 24/7 I might be inclined to support him.

My husband and I are both getting up bright & early tomorrow to vote for Creigh Deeds. I think he'd be an amazing governor.

ugh speaking of endorsements, why the fresh hell did Brian Schweitzer endorse McAuliffe? I raged irl, not only does it suck when party groups interfere in primary races, but of all the people for Schweitzer to endorse he picks the consummate DC insider? lol wat. It only makes sense if you consider that he has all that money to spend, I'm sure the DGA (and the LCV and whoever else) got a hefty donation this May.

but I'm so disillusioned, I thought Brian Schweitzer was a representation of what the Democratic party should be moving towards, and now he's whoring out for Terry Mac. gross ~_~

I met Deeds once when I lived in Alexandria last year. He sat next to me on the metro for a 30 minute ride and was genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. It wasn't until like a day later that I realized who it was. I guess I'm still registered there and could totally vote for him, but I'd feel like I was cheating since I live in Texas again.

I'm in DC, so I don't count, but I'd vote for Deeds if I were a Virginian. I would totally watch a Terry McAuliffe reality show, though.
