I'm not really that afraid of swine flu just yet, but I am wondering why I haven't begun my yearly reread of The Stand. (I totally blame that book, which is my favorite EVER, for me reacting to flu outbreaks like this with, "BAH, CALL ME BACK WHEN IT'S TUBENECK.")

I'm sure that, in their panic of being on the downturn, they just started ripping everything liberal-sounding instead of using their brain and really thinking about it.

Take this as a lesson guys. Although I don't know if you'll recover from it. (Or if I even want you to.)
