No doubt Iraq invasion helped Iran a lot but this Chalabi guy bullshits alot... you're forgetting how he was one of the reasons we're in this mess to begin with.

Also, this is good timing because I just turned in my research paper for my middle eastern politics class about Iran's negative and positive effects in the Iraq war, and how it is currently benefiting them.
