I see you there Alabama. Continue to fucking suck more. There is a constitutional amendment banning same sex marriage in that state. There are also no civil unions and domestic partnership rights. It fuck sucks. It's not like I'm surprised though, the state didn't even remove the amendment that banned interracial marriage (even though it had been canceled out by Loving v. Virginia) until 2000 and only 59% of voters were for the removal.

Well, I think that if the gay marriage get more organized, they can just be as formidable as the religious groups, plus a lot of the younger generations of voters are more open and accepting of homosexuality. It just might work. :)
