This is great news for Alternatives. Something is going to have to fill the production gap at some point, and the Obama Admin has made it pretty clear that it's not going to be more dirty coal.

For those interested, I did some calculations awhile ago comparing Solar Energy potential in Kentucky with their annual coal output. Fun stuff.
