he keeps on saying that he hopes the people focused on the content of his speech. but focusing on the content and you get, what, a stance against volcano monitoring, a false Katrina anecdote, and basically "FU government help" whereas isn't Louisiana ranked between 46th-50th poorest state in the country and desperately needs help?
