Also, I didn't know Kennedy wasn't active. And LOL @ Lieberman and Bayh being further to the right than Collins and Snowe.
I kinda want to know what these amendments are about now. It looks like there's a lot of switch over with that fourth one from the right.

"Feingold Amdt. No. 140; To provide greater accountability of taxpayers' dollars by curtailing congressional earmarking and requiring disclosure of lobbying by recipients of Federal funds."
A bunch of Republicans crossed over for #44 and #37:
"McCain Amdt. No. 279; To prohibit the applicability of Buy American requirements in the Act to the utilization of funds provided by the Act."
"Vitter Amdt. No. 179; To eliminate unnecessary spending."
McCain didn't vote for his own amendment? WTF?

Scratch that last part. McCain voted for his own amendment, but that amendment was rejected, because a bunch of Republicans voted against it.
