The entire HHS strategic plan was filled with language defining life as beginning at conception and ending at "natural death" (whatever the fuck that is supposed to mean). It also promised to treat faith-based "providers" equally for funding purposes, with NO duty to follow evidence-based medicine.
IOW their stated policy is to ignore science, push religion, and protect "providers" who lie to patients and deny them proper medical care.
