I agree that it's not a waste of time. More and more people are starting to realize the war on drugs was a mistake so this will bring attention to that.

This is very good. I'd really like this to become a stepping stone to more Congresspeople coming out in favor of legalization, especially legalization tied to the expunging of all federal records for marijuana convictions, as in this bill. It seems that last part is barely thought about when talking about legalization and I'm glad Booker included it.
