Mystery Science Theater 3000 is back! There are good and bad aspects but I do like TV's Son of TV's Frank.

No shit!

(some people in HRC's team dare whisper about how the candidate is to blame for the candidate's loss of blue states to a TV clown) pic.twitter.com/ip6XqPnBhZ

In private, some on HRC's team have the perfect analysis, but none seems able to go on MSNBC to air this much-needed post-mortem of her loss pic.twitter.com/zkQZjxgAcI

Taxing the rich is a start but we must also dismantle the system that allows a parasitic 1% to hoard their wealth at the expense of the 99%

51% of Americans disapprove of Democrats, vs 45% in January. Great job, Tom Perez. https://t.co/zddiTEAmny

I would encourage people to take a look at the souce linked in that first tweet, because it's very informarive, and there's a lot more to it than just the Dems' low appprival rating. What the tweet says about that is true, as far as it goes, but it's one detail out of a pretty massive amount of data, and imo, quoting it out of context makes it sound like the article is just all about how everybody hates the Dems, when that's not really the case.

Also, how is this Perez's fault? He's been DNC chair less than two monyhs. I don't see how he's really had time to have tbat much of an impact either way. I know some people thought he wasn't the best choice, and I think I understand why (although I don't personally have a stong opinion either way). But it seems to me that there could be a number of reasons for people being down on the Dems right now that don't necessarily translate to "becauae Perez."

Now, if the approval ratings are still hin rhe crapper a few months from now, that will be a different story, lol. But we're not there yet.
