Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) on Thursday piled onto ongoing questions about President Trump and his associates' ties to Russia.

Days after the FBI confirmed it is probing any possible cooperation between Trump's team and Moscow, Sanders implied Russian President Vladimir Putin might "have" something on the president.

Скажите, а у вас ведется расследование в отношении лиц и организаций, имеющих отношение к системе безопасности выборной и национальной системы безопасности?
Судя по тому, что Россию обвиняют во всех преступлениях, то хотелось бы узнать, есть ли расследование по поводу измены Родине американцами?
Если Россияне приняли участие в этом празднике, то их весь мир будет считать героями, вы так не думаете? Давайте, поднимайте еще престиж русских!)

I was skeptical before and shortly after the election based on the information available at the time. But a lot more information has come out since then, and we've seen how people around Trump have been acting, so that has changed my mind.

At this point, if dems can use Russia to undermine Trump's presidency to filibuster Gorsuch, prevent the ACA repeal, etc, that's fine with me. I still think they shouldn't lean on Russia to explain why they lost, though. There were many huge mistakes and problems from the DNC and Clinton campaign that they can change going forward - unlike Russia hacking, which is not really within their control. I still see a lot of democrats and dem pundits using Russia (including some legitimately insane Russia conspiracy theories) to avoid self-reflection.
