I fixed the html, and changed "buttered" to "unrebutted." No idea how that one happened; but I was probably fixing a typo and autocorrect snuck in when I wasn't looking, lol.

He can threaten to take it to the Supreme Court all he wants but it's up to them if they want to deal with it and unless the lower courts split and given different ruling it's unlikely they would as it doesn't really cover any new ground that needs them to rule.

When scotus declines to hear the case, that should be lots of fun. He'll probably trash talk the supremes just like he has other judges who haven't done his bidding. That should make for a memorable temper tantrumtwitter storm. I for one expect to be highly amused.
