This intrusive bill would not only mean the end to privacy with regards to your genetic profile and health issues, but would allow companies to penalize you thousands of dollars for not participating in their so-called "Workplace Wellness Programs".

I feel the same about drug tests. How is that legal? The US desperately needs stronger privacy rights for employees.
