I wanted to favourite but it seems insensitive given the subject matter.
The idea that black women were considered "unrapeable" is so fucking sickening and dehumanising.
Thank you for this post, I learnt a lot.

Black WOMEN started the #BlackLivesMatter movement, so I wish more attention were paid to the black WOMEN who've been screwed over by racism within the law. I will NEVER get over how few people know who TF Marissa Alexander is.
