If Pence becomes potus, he'll be able to appoint whatever staff he chooses, if I'm not mistaken, and I don't believe he would be required to retain Bannon or anyone else Trump appointed. I hope he would drop that slime bag like a hot potato, but I don't know if he would or not.

he is on the fast track to a collision with the judiciary, which conveniently has been removed as part of the government on the white house website.  he will likely do as Stephen Harper did in Canada which was to pass unconstitutional laws and then call the judiciary partisan when they threw them out time and again.

I never thought I'd be so happy to have so many Bush appointees still serving as judges. That makes it a little harder for claims of Republican partisan to gain traction with the public at least.
