my sister comes back from Jamaica on Wednesday. she had me send pictures of her ABA and Mass Bar cards so she can be ready as soon as she's on US soil.

OH has been in England visiting his elderly dad. Flying back today. He's an American citizen (dual British), white, nominally Christian etc. Tried to check in online, only to receive a message that he was "ineligible" for remote check-in and would have to present documents in person.

I'll know more when he gets home -- he made the plane okay. It seems they may be doing this for everyone headed to the U.S.. A small inconvenience, but just shows the ripple effect of this stupidity and chaos.
