LOL, funny thing about that gif you posted. I have that extension on Chrome that turns pictures of Trump (and pictures related to Trump) into pictures of cats. Because this is on a Trump post the cat gif apparently got included in this..so your cat gif keeps getting replaced by pictures of OTHER cats and I find that hilarious.
(Certainly more hilarious than the rest of this post, which just leaves me sitting here shaking my head :/)
best laugh for me was that, around where i am, 'dope' really only gets used as an adjective (and mostly ironically). so i had a bit of a chuckle imagining him calling something 'dope' before realizing that it was noun-dope (& also not pot).
