You might be able to dream up a way to convince yourself to be against abortion but being anti-contraception is nonsense.

Someone saying they are anti-contraception just reveals them as religious fanatics. The argument for not being comfortable with abortion makes "sense" (even if it's wrong), but there is absolutely nothing that can be said against contraception that isn't "I was told that the god I worship doesn't want me to do it, so you shouldn't be allowed to either."
